This report prints four forms, called borradores 102, 131, 300 and 350.
Each form is linked to a Management View, registered based on pre-printed form obtained at the portals DIAN -Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales and Alcadia Mayor de Bogotá D.C..
The values printed in the report reflects the transactions made within the accounting period for a specific account or a range of accounts.
Procedures
To issue borrador report:
1. Select Borrador 102/131 and click Parameters.
The system displays the screen to configure the parameters regarding the reports.
2. Configure the parameters according to the field help instructions.
3. Check the configuration and confirm printing of the report.
