Procedures
To add a Knowledge Base:
1. In Knowledge Base select Add.
2. Fill in the data according to field help instructions.
3. Data in this file have self-explanatory filling. However, the following fields must be observed:
- Object Code
This field is filled by the system and displays a sequential code to identify the object.
- Object
To fill this field, click on Select Object to select the file. The system displays a screen for the user to select the exact path where the file is located.
After selecting the file and confirming, the system fills this field with the file path.
- Key Word
It is possible to enter one or more key words for the user to locate the knowledge stored. This search shall be done in advanced search, available when the user links knowledge to a carrier, for example.
4. Check the data and confirm addition of the Knowledge Base
