Generates the accounting ledger with the following data: RUC, NIT, Account, Current Assets, Previous Balance.
Report details:
- You can select branches. When setting the parameters, enter Yes to question Select Branches?, so, the fields to tenter the interval between the branches are enabled.
- The report uses the resource of Record Settings to inherit the associated accounting masks. You cannot print the Accounting Ledger with Management View, as the accounting entries are performed by using as a base the Chart of Ledger Accounts
Procedures
Generating Third-Party Accounting Ledger:
1. In the Third-Party Accounting Ledger report issue window, click Parameters.
The system displays the screen to configure the parameters regarding the report.
2. Configure them according to the field help instructions.
3. Check configurations and confirm report printing.
