The trial balance by cost center can be filtered by items of the Management View. Therefore, you can issue this report through entities that compose the management view.
For that purpose, you must consider the following:
- Parameter Cod. Configuration Books must be set with a configuration that contains the Management View informed.
- Parameters Cost Center From and Cost Center To must be filled out with entity code of the Management View to which the report is being issued.
- Parameter Filt. Entity Manag. Plan must be set as Yes, indicating that data will be filtered through the Management View.
Once you confirm it, a new screen is displayed; enter filter to be used:

This filter refers to composition of Management View entities, which are: account, cost center, item and value class.
Once you enter all these data, the system checks the entity informed in parameters Cost Center From and Cost Center To; for entities of the Management View, the system checks what is the balance according to entities selected in the screen Management View Filter, enabled through configuration of Filt. Entity Manag. View.
The filter through Management View is applied only if parameter Filt. Entity Manag. View is set as Yes and a Management View is informed. |
