Dictionary option enables you to select fields to be displayed in the query and the order of display.
Procedures
To enable or disable a query field:
1. In Queries, click Dictionary.
The system displays the screen to select data.
2. Double-click the field of the file you want to enable/disable or click the checkbox Field in Use.
3. If enabled, the field displays an x; otherwise, the checking area remains blank.
4. To check or uncheck all fields at the same time, click the checkbox Check/Uncheck All.
5. The box Order shows the display sequence of the field positioned in the query. Enter another number if you want to change the display order of the field.
6. Click OK to conclude the operation.
