This option enables the creation of budget from other ones already registered, thus making the typing process faster for budgets with similar characteristics.
Procedures
Copying budgets:
1. In Budgets maintenance window, place the cursor on the record you want and select option Copy.
The screen Budget Register - Review is displayed, divided into areas:
- Budget front page - Header
- Budgeted entities (left side of the window)
- Budgeted values (right side of the window)
- Footer
2. Edit data, if necessary.
3. Check data and confirm the budget inclusion.
