Every budget performed in Management Accounting module must have its balances updated. This routine enables balances to be generated for the budget selected.
Balances can be generated in two moments:
When including the Budget
The question Update Balances must be configured with Yes by pressing the <F12> key (initial routine parameterization) before including the budget.
In option of Generate Balance menu
This option generates balances if they were not generated in inclusion.
Procedures
Generating balances:
1. In Budgets maintenance window, place the cursor on the budget you want and select option Generate Balance.
The system displays the Parameters window.
2. Configure them according to the field help instructions.
3. Confirm the routine execution.
