Blockage control is optional and is only used for simple operations of change and deletion. It does not impact deletion by lot, that is, in internal processes of the system. |

Control of changes in simultaneous entries: system default is F (false), that is, entry is not blocked.
Example with option T (true)
Semaphore control of changes is enabled. If simultaneous users try to change entries, a warning message is displayed.
