  • Offline Apportionment Destination Formula Fields (CTBA277 - SIGACTB)

The fields destination formula of the apportionment groups binding file are used in replacement for one or more apportionment groups entry type. For its proper completion, the following rules must be noted:

If an entity code is entered, a simple text must be written between inverted commas.

If Destination Group family fields are entered , the formula fields are displayed to avoid problems in the binding file.


  • Dest.Form.CT1: - formula used to define the ledger account of the entry in the off-line apportionment file.

This field usage inhibit the completion of field Dest.Form.CT1 to avoid problems in the file completion.

  • Dest.Form.CTT: - formula used to define the cost center of the entry in the off-line apportionment file.

This field usage inhibit the completion of field Dest.Grp.CTT to avoid problems in the file completion.

  • Dest.Form.CTD: - formula used to define the accounting item of the detail row in the off-line apportionment file.

This field usage inhibit the completion of field Dest.Grp.CTD to avoid problems in the file completion.

  • Dest.Form.CTH: - formula used to define the value class of the detail row in the off-line apportionment file.

This field usage inhibit the completion of field Dest.Grp.CTH to avoid problems in the file completion.

  • Factor Form.: - formula used to define the value / detail row factor of the off-line apportionment file.

The use of this field is mandatory when destination entity groups are not entered - as a consequence, a factor for the apportionment detail rows must be defined.

Important:

If this field is used together with the destination entity groups, the factor returned by the formula overlaps the percentage/factors criterion defined by the matching of entities; field detail row line of off-line apportionment is saved with this content.
