Control fields	Definition
Code of chart of accounts	Several reference charts may be registered through this code which, together with field Reference Entity, enable the control of chart version.
Reference entity	It indicates what reference entity was used in registration and related to table SX5 - 23.
Beginning of effective date	It indicates from which date the reference chart of accounts is valid. This field is used to block related accounting entities afterwards.
Final effective date	It indicates until which date the reference chart of accounts is valid. This field is used to block related accounting entities afterwards.
Type of Use	It allows you yo bind ledger accounts to the reference account to classify them by use: F - Tax, S - Corporate, A - Both. To be used by RFB in FCONT 4.0 validator (contasref-SRF.txt).
Version	Version of Referential Accounts Plan
Sup. Account	Superior Account
Account Class	It can be filled out 1-Summarized; 2-Detailed
Prev. Version Account	Account of previous version used for version of referential plan
Plan Status	Plan Status 1-Active 2-Review 3- Closed
Ref. Plan Ver.	Version of referential plan.
Superior Acc/Account Cod. Order?	Defines the order of display of Referential Accounts Plan.
Generates Superior Account?	Enter how to generate the code of superior account, as follows: Automatic; Typed.
