The accountant register organizes data of accountants or accounting offices that render services to an establishment. This register is also used by other routines, such as for Opening and Closing Statements of Tax Records, because some statements require accountant data. Currently, the accountant register is used in Opening/Closing statement of CIAP Tax Record to be sent to local tax authorities.


Procedures

Registering accountants:

1. In Accountants, select Add.

The system displays the addition screen.

2. Fill out data according to field help instructions.

3. Check the data and confirm.
