This option enables registration of standardized narration with their descriptions and special formatting, thus making typing of accounting information easier.

There are 2 types of history in Management Accounting environment:


Procedures

Including a simples standard history:

1. In the maintenance window of Smart History Register, select Add.

A screen for inclusion is displayed.

2. Fill out data according to instructions of field help.

3. Click OK to confirm it.

1. In the maintenance window of Smart History register, select Add.

A screen for inclusion is displayed.

Standard history for accounts receivable write-off

3. In Related Features, click Smart History.

The window Assistant - Smart History is displayed, divided into the following areas:

  • Options (left side of the window)
  • Here you add fields to be displayed - displays fields configured for composition of smart history and its types.
  • Visual - shows the smart history to be displayed when accounting entry is typed.

4. Click OK.

The window Edit Fields is displayed with history types.

5. Select type Fixed Text.

It enables you to enter a fixed text with 37 characters.

6. In Text field, enter the history you want.

E.g.: Text = Write-off of accounts receivable relating to the bill:

7. Confirm it through  OK.

8. After that, click Add and inform:

9. Confirm it through  OK.

10. To enter the bill number,  click Add and inform:

11. Click OK to confirm it.

12. In Options area, access Confirm to save the standard history.
