The accounting entities configuration wizard allows to create up to 9 (nine) accounting entities in the System.
You can create accounting entities for Budget Control, though restricted to registers related to budget configuration: Budget Worksheet, Budget Cubes, Managerial Visions as well as transactions and budget balances. |
Procedures
Creating new accounting entities:
1. In Microsiga Protheus ByYou Smatr Client, enter U_CTBWIZENT, field Start Program and confirm it.
2. The system displays a screen with guidelines to run the routine. Click Next.
3. Enter:
- total number of entities to be created.
- numbering of the first entity to be created.
- Select the modules to create the fields.
The modules selected for creation of fields cannot be changed later. |
4. Click Next.
5. Check it and confirm the parameterization of the new entities.
6. Click Next.
7. The System creates the new entities and displays the fields created.
8. Click Finish.
9. Configure/bind the chart of accounts for the Accounting Entities created.
