Speaking of configuring the filter for process and task charts widget...
This window allows your process and task charts to be filtered globally. You can also filter by process and its versions, and it will be applied to all charts that are configured to receive the message.
Configure Filter for process and task charts widget
01. After adding the widget, define the settings of your choosing for it.
Title for the global filter: Add a title/name for the widget.
Global filter message: The same message configured in this field must be in the “Global filter message” of the widget that will work with this one.
Enable filter by type of request/task: This option allows you to filter by request/task that you are the requisitioner of, person in charge of, or that are under your management.
02. Click Save.
Edit widget permission
01. After adding the widget, click on Edit permission, located in the top right corner of the widget, next to Enable on the mobile application.
When clicking this option, it displays the Widget permissions screen, on which you can define its access criteria. For more information, see Widget permissions.
02. Click Apply Changes.
