Speaking ranking groups ...

This tab allows you to register ranking groups of the engagement actions.

Those groups are set up in the Ranking widget for display.



View ranking groups

01. View the current ranking groups for the engagement actions, which can be displayed in the Ranking widget.

You can search for a specific ranking group through the Search field located in the upper right corner of the window.



Addranking group

01. Click Add.

02. Add the name of the ranking group.

03. Click Save.



Edit ranking group

01. Select the ranking group to be edited.

02. Click Edit.

03. Change the name of the ranking group.

04. Click Save.



Associate ranking with the group

01. Select the ranking group with which a ranking will be associated.

02. Click Associate rankings.

03. In the window Associate ranking, click Add.

04. In the listing displayed, select the ranking that should be associated with the group.

05. Click Save.

To remove a ranking from the group just select it from the associate ranking window, and click Remove



Remove ranking group

01. Select the ranking group to be removed.

02. Click Remove ranking group.



View rankings of the group

01. In the row corresponding to the group whose rankings you want to view, click View association.

02. View the rankings that are part of the group.
