Speaking of configuring Birthdays widgets ...

Setting the widget Birthdays allows you to set the location where the birthdays are displayed and the settings needed for integration, the default number of birthdays to be displayed, as well as whether it should be displayed on the mobile application.

By default, the widget displays two birthdays and loads two more whenever you click the button Load more. Only the current month’s birthdays are displayed. 

This widget can be viewed on the platform’s mobile application.

Attention

In order to have this widget displayed on the list of widgets available for pages, first get the Intranet kit artifact from the Fluig Git directory. Then, import the artifact from Import and export pages. After completing these procedures, the widget will be available for use.

Configure Birthdays widget


01. After you add the widget to the page under editing, define the settings of your choosing for it.

Required information:

Enable on mobile application
When pressed, it enables/disables the display of the widget on the mobile application. That icon is in the upper right corner of the widget, next to Edit permission.

This widget integrates with
Type of integration from which the widget will search the birthdays to display. Available options:

  • A form: when selected, it determines that the birthdays from a form integrated into the widget will be displayed. More information is available at Integrating a widget with forms/datasets;
  • RM: when selected, it determines that the birthdays from TOTVS RM will be displayed.

Server link
IP address and TBC service port on TOTVS RM - in the format http://host:port - from which the birthdays are displayed. This field is only displayed when the integration option chosen is “RM”.

Login
Login to access the service on TOTVS RM. This field is only displayed when the integration option chosen is “RM”.

Password
Password to access the service on TOTVS RM. This field is only displayed when the integration option chosen is “RM”.

02. Click Save.
