Speaking of reports...

The report feature allows you to manage the reports made by users in the social features. With this feature, you can follow complaints made and take a decision about them; you may revoke or file them. In addition to this, you can follow who is the user who received the most reports and the users that most reported.



Manage reports


01. In the main menu, click Control Panel, then check People container and click Reports.

02. Click the Pending tab.

When a report is made by the user or the system, the content reported is hidden in the network.

03. In the grid, follow all reports that are pending of decision.

04. To Revoke a report, select the one you want to revoke.

When a report is revoked, it returns to its source place in the network. If you do not want to revoke a report, ignore steps 06 and 07. 

05. Click Revoke.

06. Select the report you want to revoke.

When a report is revoked, it returns to its source place in the network. If you do not want to view the report history, ignore steps 08 and 09.

07. Select the report you want to file.

When a report is filed, it works as if the report has been approved, so it does not return to the network. If you do not want to file a report, ignore steps 09 and 10. 

08. Click File.

09. Select the complaint whose history you want to view.

The history shows details of the reports and the item reported. When selecting the magnifying glass icon, it is possible to view exclusively the post/comment reported in the page where the report was made. If you do not want to view the report history, ignore steps 11 and 12. 

10. Click History.



Follow Filed Reports


01. In the main menu, click Control Panel, then check People container and click Reports.

02. Click the Filed tab.

When a report is made by the user or the system, the content reported is hidden in the network. 

03. In the grid, follow all reports filed.

When a report is filed, it works as if the report has been approved so it does not return to the network, unless it was restored and revoked. 

04. To Restore a report, select the one you want to be restored.

When a report is restored, it returns to the Pending tab. If you do not want to restore a report, ignore steps 06 and 07. 

05. Select the complaint whose history you want to view.

The history shows details of the reports and the item reported. When selecting the magnifying glass icon, it is possible to view exclusively the post/comment reported in the page where the report was made. If you do not want to view the report history, ignore steps 07 and 08. 

06. Click History.



Follow Revoked Reports


01. In the main menu, click Control Panel, then check People container and click Reports.

02. Click the Revoked tab.

When a report is revoked, it returns to its source place in the network. And the report history is stored in the Revoked tab. 

03. In the grid, follow all reports that are revoked.

04. To Restore a report, select the one you want to be restored.

When a report is restored, it returns to the Pending tab. If you do not want to restore a report, ignore steps 06 and 07. 

05. Select the complaint whose history you want to view.

09. Click History.



Filter communities (available in "Pending", "Filed", "Revoked" tabs)


01. In the main menu, click Control Panel, then check People container and click Reports.

02. Click the desired tab wanted.

The filter of communities can be used for Pending, Filed or Revoked tabs. 

03. Select the report type.

All – It will filter reports made by the system and by users.

User – It will filter reports made by users.

System – It will filter reports made by the system, that is, the post or comment that has a restricted word (registered in the system) will automatically warn about a report.

04. Enter the user who reported only to filter the reports of a given user.

05. Enter the community where the post or comment reported was.

06. Enter the period when the report was made, fill out "From" and "Until" fields.

07. Click the Filter button.

01. In the main menu, click Control Panel, then check People container and click Reports.

04. Click the Most Reported Users tab.



Monitor Users who report more


01. In the main menu, click Control Panel, then check People container and click Reports.

02. Click the Users Who Report More tab.

03. View the users who complain more and check the quantity of complaints they have made.
