Speaking of default tasks...
Some tasks are default, i.e. are automatically configured on the platform and cannot be registered in the scheduler. Such tasks are detailed below, divided into their respective cards.
LMS
Cancel expired training registrations
This task is responsible for canceling registrations that exceeded the deadline for completion in tracks and training courses, restricting improper access to them. It is performed at 00:00 a.m. every day.

Cancel expired class registrations
This task is responsible for canceling registrations that exceeded the deadline for completion in subject classes, restricting improper access to them. It is performed at 00:30 a.m. every day.

End expired evaluations
This task is responsible for automatically completing the evaluations that were started, closed and reached the maximum time allowed for completion but were not finished. It is performed at 01:00 a.m. every day.

End expired topics
This task is responsible for ending the class topics that exceeded the deadline for completion. It is performed at 02:00 a.m. every day.

Notify pending registration request approval
This task is responsible for sending the people in charge a notification about registration requests pending approval. It is performed at 05:00 a.m. every day.

Notify account expiration
This task is responsible for sending a notification about account expiration to the respective people in charge, according to the tolerance defined in each account. It is performed at 02:30 a.m. every day.

Process waiting list
This task is responsible for registering students that are on the class waiting lists as soon as new seats are open. It runs 10 minutes after every hour of the day, that is, at 00:10 a.m., 01:10 a.m., 02:10 a.m. and so on.

Process EAI messages
This task is responsible for processing the sending and receiving of pending messages on the EAI server. It runs 20 minutes after every hour of the day, that is, at 00:20 a.m., 01:20 a.m., 02:20 a.m. and so on.
