The field Type of Replacement, from petty cash, can be performed by the following options:
- Per limit value
A value is established, and when it is spent, it is requested replacement of petty cash balance.
Example:
Petty Cash value = $ 1,000.00
Replacement value = $ 900.00
In this case, when 900.00 are withdrawn from the petty cash, replacement is requested.
- Per Percentage
...
A percentage is established, and when it is spent, it is requested replacement of petty cash balance.
Example:
Petty Cash value = $ 1,000.00
Replacement Percentage = 75 %
In this case, when 750.00 are withdrawn from the petty cash, replacement is requested.
- Per variable value
...
Replacement of values different from those registered for the petty cash can be performed without changing the original registered value.
Example:
Petty Cash value = $ 1,000.00
Replacement value = $ 2,000.00
The fields Check Number, Issue Date and Document Type generate checks with the replacement value. Configure the parameter MV_RPCXMN with 1. |
