Purpose
The Approval for Request of Asset Write-off aims at controlling the approvals from a workflow through Fluig, sending an approval task for the responsible of the asset after the register of asset write-off request.

Activity: Asset write-off request
Description: When selecting the asset, a write-off request is performed.
Instruction: When accessing an asset write-off, fill out all information related to request, then confirm it.
Activity: Delivery of Process to Fluig
Description: The workflow is sent to Fluig.
Instruction: When confirming the write-off request, the process is automatically integrated with Fluig.
Activity: Change of Workflow status Approved/Rejected
Description: The field WF Status is updated with desired option: Approval/Rejection.
Instruction: Choose desired option and click Send.
Activity: Record of Approval/Rejection in the Workflow Records
Description: Information on workflow are recorded in the record.
Instruction: Check details at Fluig.
Activity: Change Status of Workflow in the system
Description: Check if asset write-off is approved.
Instruction: Note asset write-off approval was executed
How to use
Starting the Process by Protheus
In Configurator, register the parameter MV_ATFWBX and activate with number 2
In Updates / Register / Fixed Asset register an asset write-off request.
Register the responsible approving the procedure
In Update / Move access routine Request of write-off and transfers and register an asset write-off request.
A message indicating the processes successfully started is displayed and is sent for approval at Fluig.
Moving and Querying the Process by Fluig
In Fluig, in Form, in the tab Request of asset write-off information on activity to be approved is displayed.
