BPM

New method for attachments in requests

Now you can attach a document posted in the Document Browsing to a request. To do this, you just have to use the new hAPI attachDocument method, which allows attaching documents through workflow events.

ECM

New event available for documents

The new event beforeDownloadContent is already available for use and it allows you to perform custom validations and procedures before downloading a document.

Information about digital signature disabled

Fluig now presents an error message stating that the digital signature is disabled when the license server is not configured according to its use requirements.

Amendments

In this session, we list a few bugs that we fixed in this update, which ensure that everything runs smoothly on your platform.

• Selection of target activity when initial activity directs directly to an automatic activity with decision based on a form field of the request.

• Handling of requests on mobile devices when a process activity has an assignment mechanism defined by the form field.

• Sending emails in accordance with what was set in the option “Posting notification in the community” of the Notification Center.

• Use of the datasets methods available on public API Dataset public.

• Sharing content posted in Documents Browsing only in communities of which the user participates.

• Handling of request that has a form after completing an activity through a mobile device.

• Performance of the updateCardData method of the CardService webservice when returning information when the form in question has over 600 items.

• Standardization of the Print option to use the controlled copy in all locations in which it is possible to print a document.
