Create and edit user groups and roles faster

It is now faster to create and edit groups and roles. In the Internet Explorer browser, these actions were optimized by linking users, even when the number of registered users on Fluig is greater than 1000.

Style Guide

New chart component

The new chart component is now available in the Style Guide. With it you can create line, bar, pizza, and others graphs, in a simple and fast way. This component is very useful for visual comparison and demonstration of results and statistics. All you have to do is inform a DIV element where the chart will be displayed and choose the chart type that you want.

Corrections

In this session, we have listed a few bugs we fixed in this update to ensure that everything runs smoothly on your platform.

• Presentation of the message defined in the event beforeCommunityLeave - considering permissions configured in a dataset - by removing a user from a community.

• View Pool and Swimlane descriptions comprising the process diagram exported from Fluig Studio or Eclipse to Fluig.

• Presentation of the inconsistency message when handling a request that makes use of methods from the "ECMFolderService" Webservice and receives a message of nonexistent user.

• Assigning value zero (0) to the field Contracted Quota Size in MB – located in the General Parameters screen, the General tab on the Control Panel – when it is not filled, it means the size is unlimited.

• Presentation of the completion date established in a AdHoc process request - List Tasks by moving it to the next step without adding tasks, that is, sending it to the Apply Solution task.

• Handling a request where the process has two automated tasks in a row and on the second task the assignment of a role mechanism has been defined.

• Return of the Apply Solution task to the Create Tasks task in an AdHoc process request - List Tasks.

• Edit the name of the form records from the Rename option, Document Navigation, when the new name is longer than 100 characters.

• Edit a form during the process configuration, after the release of a version of the process and the return to the form in order to change it.

• Viewing the Answer button for forms published in communities when the user is a member, the List Content option is not marked in the group permission for the form and the form can only be answered once.

• Setting the allocation mechanisms for process tasks created in Fluig Studio when using English or Spanish.

• Return the form field value in datasets when the field name differs only by the "id" prefix, for example "idItem" and "Item".

• Connecting the client to "version.fluig.com" considering the default parameters from the VM "http.proxyHost" and "http.proxyPort" to allow the use of proxy.

• Removal of files from the upload directory after updating a document using the option Update File, available in Document Navigation.

• Query for a form record dataset using a constraint with the MUST_NOT condition.

• Adjustment on the verification of the last viewing of a document published in the Document Navigation when viewing it again.

• Use the current machine's IP – and not from database – by Fluig Service Monitor to count the users.
