01 OVERVIEW

This document clarifies the sharing and relationship of the FN tables that must follow the standard of the SN1, SN2, SN3, SN4 and SN5  tables in the Protheus 12.

According to the need, change the status of standard sharing of the tables used in the Fixed Asset (SIGAATF)  to meet the needs of each structure.

If the SN1/SN3 table related above is classified as exclusive, or other pertinent sharing according to the need, the tables entered that related to the them must follow the same sharing.

If the tables divergent from the other tables of the group are shared, the system may bring incorrect information or some error is generated.

This practice is not recommended.

Warning

Editing the sharing of the tables from Fixed Asset after Deployment environment is not recommended, as in some cases important processes of the module may stop working and/or generate systemic errors may occur.

A Protheus specialist must executed this procedure, first in test environments for adjustment of data and validation of processes in historic base.
