01. OVERVIEW
This document aims to clarify where to use the reasons found in asset postings routine (ATFA036) in fields FN6_MOTIVO/FN8_MOTIVO.
Fields FN6_MOTIVO, FN8_MOTIVO have various types based on table SX5 with key 16, and you can also create new types in the table to be read and used in accordance with customer needs.
02. EXAMPLE OF USE
It is used in the assets posting routine.
It is also used in asset transfers, because when an asset is transferred, it starts following the process of the assets posting routine for the origin branch, in case of branch transfer.
03. REASONS WHEN POSTING
In the assets posting routine, between features and needs, the following reasons are used for identifying the reason types resulting from table 16 in SX5 that are used in asset postings.

The system uses the other reasons internally. You cannot use them manually.

Some of these routines use types as options not used in ATFA036. For example, the posting request or transfer routine that has type 14 - Credit Notes.
