Exceptions to the Calendar

Calendar Exceptions are used to define all and any periodical exception to a Resource, Cost Center, or to the whole factory, such as holiday, blanket vacation, compensations, reduced work day, etc.

Procedures

Defining calendar exceptions:

1. In Exceptions to the Calendar, the calendar is displayed on the system base date.

Note that, next to it, a window displays information about exceptions already registered.

2. To go forward or backward in dates, click previous or next months/year, respectively.

The selected month/year is the main calendar displayed on the screen.

3. Select the day in which the exception must be defined, and then select Add.
4. Fill out the fields and select schedules according to field help instructions.

By selecting work schedules, you must fill out all blanks to be worked, selecting them in a way to make the interval blue, following the system standard, which is fifteen minutes. This time can be changed through the parameter MV_PRECISA, which changes Machine Load accuracy.

5. Check data and confirm them.

Tip:

When the fields Resource and Cost Center are not filled out, this Exception is standardized for all resources and cost centers.
