01. OVERVIEW
This document is intended to formalize the functionality of the field Dt In Deprec (N3_DINDEPR) in the Fixed Assets module (SIGAATF) of Protheus.
The field has been created and is used only to define the period from which the asset will be capitalized.
The Depreciation Calculation routine (ATFA050) uses this field, for example, for proportional calculation of assets added after the first day of the month (This behavior depends on previous system parameterizations).
In the case of transfer between branches, which is configured with proportional depreciation, this field will be written to the target branch with the content D+1 (next day).
That is, the asset will depreciate until the transfer date in the source branch, and after that, depreciation will start in the target branch.
The change in the N3_DINDEPR field does not mean that the depreciation of the asset was restarted. It only indicates that the branch started the depreciation on that date.
But all the value already depreciated and the balance to capitalize are respected by the system.

Note: This test used parameter MV_TIPDEPR = 0 MV_TIPDEPR: Depreciation type for assets acquired in the middle of the month
