Description

Enables to group Guarantees/Court Orders, interests and balances per type of involvement (plaintiff etc) in the Guarantees Statement report, and issues the totals divided by grouping.


Procedures

Through the Guarantee / Court Order screen;

First option of access:- Updates \ Legal Subjects \ Guarantess and Court Orders;

  1. Fill out the field(s) of the filter to search guarantee, then click Search in the menu placed on the left of the screen;
  2. In the Grid, on the bottom of the page, view the guarantee(s) meeting the applied filter. Click guarantee to select;
  3. Click Guarantee Statement in group Reports in menu on the left of the screen;
  4. Click Yes;
  5. Wait until the report is created by Crystal;
  6. After report is created, choose Save or Print, by using the tools bar on the upper part of the screen, click Disk icon or Printer;

Second option of access :- Udpates \ Legal Subjects \ Searches

  1. Choose type of search of Subject in the option bos on the upper part of the screen;
  2. Fill out the field(s) of filter to search process, click Search in menu on the left of the screen;
  3. In the Grid, on the bottom part of the screen, view processes meeting the filter applied. Click process to select it;
  4. Click Edit to access process;
  5. After loading the process on screen, click Other  ActionsGuarantees;
  6. Select Guarantee or Court Order to in order to print Statement;
  7. Click Other Actions/Statement;
  8. Click Yes
  9. Wait until the report is created by Crystal;
  10. After report is created, choose Save or Print, by using the tools bar on the upper part of the screen, click Disk icon or Printer.
