01. OVERVIEW

Wizard for Job configuration and dictionary validation for using the New Financial Manager.

The Wizard will be presented when the job FINA711 configured in the schedule of the environment configurator module is not located or the field S_T_A_M_P_ in the tables in use of the New Financial Manager does not exist.

02. STEP 1 - General Information

This step presents the Wizard's general Information.

03. STEP 2 - Dictionary

This step will evaluate the existence of the S_T_A_M_P_ field in the necessary tables and its creation if necessary.

Exclusive access to tables SE1, SE2, FKD, SC5, SC6, SC7, and SC9 will be necessary during the process.

If it is not possible to have exclusive access to a certain table, a HELP will be displayed informing the table, making it impossible to continue the process.

04. STEP 3 - Sharing

This step will evaluate the sharing of the system tables in relation to F75 - Bills Balances and F76 - Orders Balances.

This is the list of tables that must have the same sharing:

• F75  Bills Balances: SE1 Accounts Receivable and SE2- Accounts Payable.
• F76 - Orders Balances: SC5 - Sales Orders and SC7 - Purchase Orders.

If their sharing is not compatible, a HELP will be displayed informing the table, making it impossible to continue the process.

05. STEP 4 - Job

This step will configure Job FINA711 in the schedule of the configurator module in the current environment.

The Job will be configured to be run every 15 minutes.

The run interval can be edited directly through the schedule in the configurator - SIGACFG.

06. STEP 5 - End

In this step, all the processes required to run the New Financial Manager will already be set up.

As soon as the New Financial Manager Job is run for the first time, access to the application is released.
