How to block or delete a user in Protheus via Configurator (SIGACFG)

Product:

Microsiga Protheus

Versions:

11 and 12

Step by step:

Block User:

- Access the Configurator (SIGACFG), with the administrator user (Admin).
- Enter User > Passwords > Users.
- Select the User and click Change.

- On the first screen change the "User Blocked" field to "YES".

- Click Confirm.


Delete User:


- Access the Configurator (SIGACFG), with the administrator user (Admin).
- Enter User > Passwords > Users.
- Select the User and click Delete.
- Click "Other Actions" > "Delete".


- Click Confirm.

Notes:

¹ In Protheus 11, the Delete option is located under the "Related Actions" menu in the lower right corner.
