Step by step: | If the message "Registration Number Already Exists" is displayed when you register, classify or edit an asset, this is due to parameter F12 of routine Assets Register (ATFA010). To allow the repetition of the registration number, change the content of the question "Repeat Registration Number" to "yes". This option indicates whether you can repeat field "Plaque Number" (N1_CHAPA) or not. Entering "yes" allows adding the asset without validating the number typed (if no plaque numbering control exists in the assets). If its content remains "no", the number entered is only confirmed if no other equal numbering exists. |
