License update fails because setup.exe is running

License Update utility fails to run indicating that setup.exe is in use.

Running setup.exe program fails requesting the shutdown of _ISDEL.EXE, img.dll, msg.dll, and util.dll

FACT(s) (Environment):

Using proupdt in 10.2B to update expiration date on products attempts to re-install full OpenEdge installation. All OpenEdge processes were shutdown to ensure nothing is running. Machine was rebooted and still cannot update the licenses. Using License Update in 10.2B to update expiration date on products attempts to re-install full OpenEdge installation. Using License Update utility to change expiration dates on Licenses Attempted old workaround to similar problem with license update to use setup.exe from original install media with the -u switch for license update instead, but that attempts full re-install.

CAUSE:
The LICENSE UPDATE icon has incorrect target properties, there is a "dash" before the u - C:\Progress\OpenEdge102b\setup.exe -u

CAUSE:

FIX:
Workaround: Modify the existing proupdt command in the License Update icon by removing the dash before the u

Example Before: C:\Progress\OpenEdge102b\setup.exe -u

Example After:   C:\Progress\OpenEdge102b\setup.exe u
