FIX:
If you are dumping and loading (using any kind of tool Data Dictionary, Bulk Load or Binary dump/load) a production database into a new physical storage arrangement but wish to maintain all the data in its entirety from the production database then you must remember to dump the Sequence Current Values from the original database and load them into the new database.
This may be done programmatically or using the Dump Sequence Current values menu option in the Data Dictionary (Data Administration tool on Windows) under the Admin-->Dump Data and Definitions menu
In the new database remember to programmatically load the Sequence values or use the menu option to Load Sequences Current Values in the Data Dictionary (Data Administration tool on Windows) under the Admin-->Load Data and Definitions menu.
