01. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Allow the creation and maintenance of the Bill of Lading and the BOL x Packing List relationship.
The BOL is a document used by the carrier and contains the items and volumes to be transported. It is not a legal document.
There will be shipments referring to the same BOL from the same customer, same shipping address and same site. The BOL contains the tracking number, which can be used by the customer to track their merchandise through the carrier's home page.
BOL Maintenance - FT1345
| Purpose of the Screen: | This feature enables BOL implementation and maintenance of shipments. |
Main Fields and Parameters:

| BOL | Displays the BOL number placed on screen. |
| Carrier | Displays the abbreviated name of the carrier responsible for transporting the goods. |
| Bill of Lading | Displays the tracking number provided by the carrier. |
| Shipping Date | Displays the BOL shipping date. |
| Inclusion Date | Displays the BOL registration date. |
| User | Displays the user that deployed the BOL. |
| Printed | When selected, it indicates that the BOL has already been printed. |
| Site | Displays the site of the packing list linked to the BOL. |
| Series | Displays the series of the packing list linked to the BOL. |
| Packing List | Displays the number of the packing list linked to the BOL. |
| Short Name | Displays the abbreviated name of the customer of the packing list. |
| Delivery Loc | Displays the code of the delivery location of the customer. |

| Purpose of the Screen: | This feature allows you to enter or edit BOL information. |
Main Fields and Parameters:

| BOL | Enter the BOL number placed on screen. This number is automatically calculated by the system and cannot be edited. |
| Carrier | Enter the abbreviated name of the carrier responsible for transporting the goods. |
| Bill of Lading | Enter the tracking number provided by the carrier. |
| Shipping Date | Enter the BOL shipping date. This field will also be changed by the BOL Printing program (FT1347). |
| Inclusion Date | Displays the BOL registration date. Not editable. |
| User | Displays the user that deployed the BOL. Not editable. |
| Printed | When selected, it indicates that the BOL has already been printed. This field will be changed by the BOL Printing program (FT1347). |

| Purpose of the Screen: | This feature allows you to enter or edit BOL information. |
