  • San Luis IIBB File Generation - ARG (MATA950 - SIGAFIN)

San Luís government, through resolution no. 006/2010 established a general system for Gross Incomes Tax Withholding (IIBB)

So, the withholding taxpayers (withholding agents) must send to Dirección Provincial de Ingresos Públicos – DPIP a statement with information on the withholdings through the Agentes de Retención de Ingresos Brutos application, made available by the DPIP itself.

This application enables the taxpayer to manually indicate the data on the withholdings or import them from the text format files generated by other applications used by the taxpayer.

The DPIP application shares the data import in two parts or two files: suppliers (padrón de retenidos) and withholdings (detalle de retenciones). The first has data on the suppliers subject to withholding and the second on the generated withholdings. The import must be done in this order: suppliers and withholdings as the application only accepts the suppliers withholdings that have been already registered.

Previous Procedures

Before generating the IBB withholding data file, you must:

1. Register a Supplier, indicating: CUIT, number of gross incomes, address, district, zip code, city, state.

Important:

When a supplier is added through the routine Companies x Fiscal Zone, the gross incomes classification must be indicated.

2. Enter the aliquot and concept (A, B, C, ...), related to the Gross Incomes withholding in the routine Config. Adit. Taxes.

3. Withhold through Financials module.
