Use this routine to generate the magnetic file to view the interface with the San Luis IIBB withholdings and perceptions application.
Procedures
To generate IIBB withholding data files:
1. In Normative Instructions, click Parameters.
2. Complete the parameters, noting:
a) Normative Instructions? - Name of .INI configuration file. Here IBXLP.INI
b) Destination File? - Name of the transaction files to be generated.
c) Directory? - It defines the directory where files will be generated.
d) Branch Selection? - It defines whether the magnetic file is generated for more than one branch or only for the current branch.
The initial and final dates must belong to the same month and year. |
3. Confirm the parameters screen and the normative instructions introduction screen.
4. After confirming it, the welcome screen of the wizard is displayed, click Next.
5. In the file type selection list, select whether the file must be generated with transactions of:
a) Tax
b) Withholding
6. In the field Tax (Tax) define the tax code that must be considered in the file generation.
7. In the Perception Concepts field, define the table registered in the Equivalence Table This table must perform the equivalence between Protheus CFOs and its accepted concepts in the perceptions file.
8. In the Withholding Concepts field, define the table registered in the Equivalence Table This table must perform the equivalence between Protheus CFOs and its accepted concepts in the withholdings file.
9. Check parameters and click Finish.
10. The data considered in generation of file is printed. Define and confirm printing parameters.
11. The file is generated after printing.
