To generate the GIPS - Joinville:
1. In Normative Instructions, the routine description screen is displayed.
2. Click Parameters.
The routine parameters are displayed.
3. Fill out data according to field help instructions.
4. Note the following parameters:
Start Date/End Date
Enter the calculation period to be considered.
Normative Instruction
Enter the configuration file to be used without .INI extension. For this magnetic media, enter GIPSJV.
Target File
Enter name of text file to be created.
Directory
Enter the directory / folder name where the created text file is saved.
Note:
This directory must be previously created.
5. Check data and confirm them.
A new screen is displayed with GIPS specific frames.
6. Note the following data:
CMC Number
Enter the number of taxpayer city registration (CMC).
Type of Statement
Enter the statement type to be delivered: Initial or Corrective DME (Municipal Electronic Statement).
Accountant CRC
Enter the accountant's CRC number.
Accountant CNPJ
Enter the accountant's CNPJ number.
Revenue Type
Enter the type of revenue, which may be Manufacturing, Trade, or Other.
Month Revenues
Enter the month's revenues.
Service Codes
Enter the service codes found in article LC 155/03. 11.
Note: These codes must be separated by a slash (/).
7. Check data and confirm them.
