This Normative Instruction provides for the introduction of goods from Manaus Free Trade Zone in the rest of the national territory.
For using this Normative Instruction, it is necessary to send a request to Manaus Customs Inspector, along with magnetic files described in article 10 of IN242.
For information to be properly generated in the magnetic file, all products and their inputs must have the NCM Code (Mercosur Common Nomenclature) and all customers and vendors must have CGC/CNPJ.
To whom it is applicable | To trade and industry companies headquartered in Manaus Free Trade Zone, interested in applying for the simplified procedure set forth by art. 6 of Normative Instruction 242 (Internal Introduction Simplified Process). |
Purpose | Generate lists required by Secretariat of Finance to be eligible for Internal Introduction Simplified process), being: • List of products manufactured by the establishment subjected to internal introduction; • Inventory of inputs, parts, pieces and components, products in process and finished products, in magnetic media, updated up to the last day of the month before the date of request.; • List of active customers, with expected to trade - corporate name and CNPJ number; • Expected internal introduction within twelve months as of the request date, by quantity and value, per product type. |

Types of Records Created
Inventory record file
The inventory record is generated based on the last stock closing, for all products with balance in stock.
File of inputs related
The file of inputs related is generated based on the last review of products included in the product structure.
Goods table file
Goods table is generated based on the product generic description, listing all products registered for the company.
Individual and legal entity file
The corporate and individual file is composed by customers that performed purchases in the last 400 days.
Expected internal introduction file
The internal introduction file is generated based on the consumption average of the last 12 months.
