Cotepe Act/ICMS 25/04 dated June 8th 2004 (DOU dated June 15 2004) - Annex I

 

This routine enables the magnetic media generation comprising the goods and services list of a ECF user establishment (Voucher Generator), according to Sub-paragraph X of 86th. Clause of ICMS Agreement ICMS 85/01.

To ECF user establishments.

To generate the magnetic media comprising the goods and services list of the ECF user establishment.

These record information is generated based on SIGAMAT.EMP file.

P2 - List of Goods and Services

These record information is generated based on Products File (SB1).

P9 - Total of records

This record refers to the file totalizer.


Procedures

For this magnetic media to be properly generated, it is necessary to perform the following procedures:

  1. Copy the configuration file P1P2P9.INI to the directory \SYSTEM\ or a corresponding one.
  2. In the Product Register, check out the following fields:

a) B1_TTS (TIO Product Standard). If this field is not filled in, the TIO inserted in the parameter MV_TESSAI is considered by default;

b) B1_UPRC (Good Last Price);

c) B1_PICM (Product Standard Rate). If this field is not filled in, the rate included in the parameter MV_ICMPAD is considered by default.
