This report enables an annual comparative analysis of financial quoted and actual values by class. The values displayed are based on Quoted x Actual Values - Year reports.
The query can be performed in five currencies, where Real is the default currency. The following resources available in this query are monthly displayed:
- Individual analysis of inflow/outflow classes;
- Comparative chart of quoted x actual values by class;
- Comparative chart of summary of inflow x outflow classes;
- The monthly summary shows classes payable and receivable with their respective actual values, total value, and quoted value, with balance (credit or debit).
- Resource of several chart views that can be saved in BMP for use in other applications, printed, or e-mailed.
Procedures
Querying quoted x actual values - year:
1. In Quoted x Actual Values - Year, the routine parameter screen is displayed.
2. Fill out data according to field help instructions.
3. Check data and confirm them.
The query screen is displayed subdivided into tabs.
4. After the query, click Close.
