  • City Table (FISA010 - SIGAFIS)

This routine aims at providing options for maintenance of city postal codes of IBGE: inclusion, change, deletion and  view.

With the option view of IBGE city code table, filling out the field City, based on information of this table, may be made easier.

In register of customers and/or suppliers, you have the option to query this table through the field City Code, by clicking Search. After selecting the code you want, the text will be automatically filled out with the field City.

In Brazil, this table also makes the correct filling out of Electronic Invoice easier.

This routine was implemented  to be adapted to the corresponding Address Control used in the country.


Procedures

Adding a city code:

  1. In City Register, select Add.
    The Add screen is displayed.
  2. Fill out data according to field help instructions.
    All Cities are automatically loaded according to the IBGE table:

- Header

a) Mat. Ded. – Whether the City accepts Used Materials Deduction;

b) Ser. Ded. – Whether the City accepts Sub-Contracting Deduction;

c)  Material D. % – For Fixed Deduction, enter the deduction percentage determined for Material;

d) Service D. % – For Fixed Deduction, enter the deduction percentage determined for Services;

e) ISS Coll. Day – Enter the collection day of ISSQN to use in the Bill generated in Financials.

3. Check and confirm data.
