This routine generates TXT files according to layout defined in the Decree Cofis 13/1995 and ADE Cofis 15/2001. These files are later imported to Sinco Contábeis system (collection integrated system of the Federal Revenue Service for accounting files) and validated by it.
Files are generated in two different layouts, according to configuration of routine parameters.
For the layout of the decree Cofis 13/1995, the following files are generated:
- contas.txt - Chart of Accounts
- contasda.txt - Chart of Accounts (Subsidiary Journal)
- ccustos.txt - Cost/Production Centers
- cdespesa.txt - Expense Centers
- historic.txt - Standardized Histories
- lanctos.txt - Accounting Entries
- lanctsda.txt - Accounting Entries (Subsidiary Journal)
- saldos.txt - Accounting Balances
- saldosda.txt - Accounting Balances (Subsidiary Journal)
For the layout of ADE Cofis 15/2001, the following files are generated:
- contas.txt - Chart of Accounts
- contasda.txt - Chart of Accounts (Subsidiary Journal)
- ccustos.txt - Cost/Production/Expense Centers
- lanctos.txt - Accounting Entries
- lanctsda.txt - Accounting Entries (Subsidiary Journal)
- saldos.txt - Accounting Balances
- saldosda.txt - Accounting Balances (Subsidiary Journal)
Procedures
Generating files to export to Sinco:
1. In the maintenance window of Sinco Export routine, a screen displays the routine description.
2. Click Parameters.
The routine parameters are displayed.
3. Pay attention to the following information:
- Initial Date
Enter the initial date for generation of accounting entries/balances.
- Final Date
Enter the final date for generation of accounting entries/balances.
- Currency
Enter the currency for extracting data.
- Balance Type
Enter the accounting balance type for extracting data.
- Generate Registers
It displays a question with 5 positions referring to register files, in the following order:
1) Chart of Accounts
2) Subsidiary Chart of Accounts
3) Cost/Production Centers
4) Expense Centers
5) Standard Histories
Positions with content 1 have files generated; those with content 2 do not have files generated.
Ex.1 11111 (Generates all registers)
Ex. 2 22222 (Do not generate any register)
Ex. 2 12221 (Generates only registers of Chart of Accounts and Standard Histories)
- Generate Movements
Displays a question with 2 positions referring to movement files: Accounting Entries and Subsidiary Accounting Entries.
- Generate Balances
Displays a question with 2 positions referring to files of Accounting Balances and Subsidiary Accounting Balances.
- Directory for Generation
Enter the directory in which files must be generated. If the question is left blank, files are generated in the directory \SYSTEM (standard Protheus installation).
- Classif. Cost Center Entry
Enter in which column the codes of cost centers must be generated, in the entry file, in which:
Column of Cost/Production: cost centers are generated only in Cost/Production column, in entry file.
Expenses Column: cost centers are generated only in Expenses column, in entry file.
Conf. Registers: centers must be classified in the register for generation in the respective columns, according to classification through the field "SINCO Classification" (CTT_CSINCO) in the Cost Center register.
No: to not save the cost center columns in the entry file (the cost center registers are not generated either).
- Layout Format
Select the layout in which files must be generated. The layout ADE COFIS 15/2001 makes no distinction between cost center files and expense center files and does not require files of standard histories.
4. Check and confirm the data.
