Speaking of Working Hours...

The working hours correspond to the time when the company is in business, that is, the regular working hours.

The working hours are considered in the deadline calculation for conclusion of process tasks. Hence it is possible to ensure the deadlines are consumed in the times the company is in activity.

In order to disconsider holidays in the deadline calculations, it is necessary to register them in the Holidays feature.

The activity deadline calculation is done by considering the working hours configured for the activity in question. If not working hours were configured for the activity, the working hours configured for the process will be used.



Working Hours


01. In the main menu, click Control Panel, then check People container and click Working hours.

02. Click Add.

03. Enter the working hours code.

04. Select the working days of the working hours.

05. Enter the working hours.

It is mandatory to fill out, at least, one shift, Morning or Afternoon, entering the shift start and end times.

06. Click Save.



Edit Working Hours


01. Select the working hours you want to edit.

02. Click Edit.

03. Perform modifications.

04. Click Save.



Remove Working Hours


01. Select the Working Hours you want to delete.

02. Click Delete.

03. Click Confirm.
