When adding/editing the Judiciary District, we can associate relate it to the 2nd Level - Courthouse, Court or Federal Revenue Office -
Ao efetuar a inclusão/alteração da Comarca podemos relacioná-la às localizações de 2º nível - Fórum, Tribunal ou Secretaria da Receita Federal - que por sua vez, é relacionada às localizações de 3º nível - Varas.
Este tratamento efetua o vínculo entre a Comarca com seus respectivos Fóruns e os Fóruns com suas respectivas Varas.
Observação
A inclusão de pelo menos uma localização de 2º nível é obrigatória, pois não faz sentido ter uma Comarca sem Foro/Tribunal /etc.
Por outro lado, a inclusão da localização de 3º nível é opcional, pois para o PROCON (localização de 2º nível), por exemplo, não existe uma subdivisão (localização de 3º nível).
Na página principal da rotina, estão disponíveis as opções:
Os campos indicados com (*) são de preenchimento obrigatório;
Preencha as informações de acordo com as orientações descritas em Principais Campos.

Visualize a divisão da tela em:
- Foro / Tribunal;
- Vara / Camara;
- Cadastro de Subvara;
- Fechar (para sair sem salvar a inclusão);
- Salvar e Criar Novo (salva a inclusão e mantêm o formulário para uma nova inclusão)
- Confirmar (salva a inclusão e retorna à página inicial)
Feito isto o sistema exibe tela Deseja restringir esse cadastro? Informe Sim ou Não.

This approach links the Judiciary District with its respective Courthouses, and the Courthouses with their respective Venues.

You are required to add at least one 2nd Level location, because a District Court without Courthouse/Court/etc. makes no sense. On the other hand, adding the 3rd Level location is optional. For example, PROCON (a 2nd Level location), has no subdivision (3rd Level location). |

- Sub-venue Register.
- Close (to exit without saving the addition).
- Save and Create New (saves the addition and keeps the form for a new addition).
- Confirm (saves the addition and returns to the start screen).
Then the system displays the screen Do You Wish To Restrict This Register? Enter Yes or No. |

| Access Other Actions / Use CNJ Register Ao acionar esta opção o sistema se conecta a um WebService CNJ e verifica se existem dados cadastrados, e quando não houver, faz a inclusão. Accessing this option connects the system to a CNJ WebService and checks whether registered data exist. When none is found, it adds the data. When Judiciary Districts exist, but no masks, the system downloads them and displays a message for the completion of the From/To register. When Judiciary Districts and Masks (From/To) exist and all From/To records are located, the system checks for new Judiciary District and Mask records and downloads them. When Judiciary Districts and Masks (From/To) exist and all From/To records are not found, the system downloads the new records and requests the completion of From/To items, which in this case is not automatic. |
