This routine enables the GIPS magnetic media generation - Information Form of City of Joinville/SC Services Renders.
To whom it is applicable | To services renders of the City of Joinville (SC). |
Purpose | GIPS Eletrônica aims to provide companies established in the City or that perform activities there with greater facilities in accomplishing the accessory obligation – Service Rendering Records (according to defined in the article 7th, Law 1.715 from December 31 1979 – CTM and Article 4th, Decree 9.906 from December 22 2000) and the main obligation – Services Tax (ISS). |

Delivery Term | GIPS must be monthly submitted to the City Finance Secretariat, up to day 10th of the month subsequent to the generator fact occurrence. It must be made via Internet, and the protocol receipt notification must be electronically generated or in a floppy disk, along with the delivery protocol signed by the accountant responsible. |
