Objective

The objective of this document is to specify how to do the parameterization of the Datasul line to use Fluig Identity.

Minimum requirements

An application on Fluig Identity previously registered and configured to communicate with the Datasul line.

Configuring the integration

To enable the integration with Fluig Identity it is necessary to configure it in Datasul ERP by following the steps below.

In the Fluig Identity tool, search and click the Datasul application previously registered and configured:

On the application Settings page, click Show configuration token and copy the string that will be displayed:

After copying the application token content, open Datasul ERP, click Tools and then click Fluig settings:

On the Fluig Configurator screen below enter the URL where you will find the Fluig Identity which will be integrated with Datasul ERP and the token of the application configuration copied in step 2, and then click Configure:

It is necessary to click the Yes button in the message below to start the configuration:

After a few moments, Fluig Identity current status should have the value "Fluig Identity configured and running.".  Check out if the information returned is the same as that of the application you selected in step 1:

How to enable the integration of Datasul ERP with Fluig Identity

By default, after downloading the application settings from Datasul ERP to Fluig Identity, Datasul ERP will be integrated with Fluig Identity. To disable the integration just click Edit:

The field Integration with enabled Fluig Identity is the one that controls whether Datasul ERP is integrated with Fluig Identity or not. Therefore, to disable the integration, uncheck the option and click Save.

How to synchronize Datasul ERP data with Fluig Identity

Click the Click here to start synchronization link to synchronize the information of Users, Companies,Groups,Menu,Quick Queries, Permissionsand Favorites with Fluig Identity:

After clicking the link in the previous step, the following message will be displayed: "Synchronization started. The process of sending data to Fluig Identity has started. This operation may take a while.” The synchronization may take a few hours depending on the connection and the amount of existing records in Datasul ERP.
