Speaking of captcha security...

The purpose of CAPTCHA is to identify whether the Identity access request is being made by a legitimate user or a malicious automated system. This is done by displaying a set of random characters that must be identified and entered by the user in order for authentication with the company to be released.

Enable captcha security

01. Click the Settings icon in the top right corner and select Security.

02. Access the captcha security feature.

03. Check the Enable captcha security option if users must enter a CAPTCHA when logging in to Identity.

If this option is enabled, CAPTCHA security checking is prompted for regular users and administrators to perform authentication on Identity.

By default, CAPTCHA verification is also available for the password recovery procedure and cannot be disabled.
