    The following procedures encompass the update of the environment to the ECD/ECF 2022 deliveries. Not updating the environment as in the procedures described will result in errors when running the process.

    Note: Layout 9 was not changed for delivery in 2022

    Important

    ECF/2022 updates are available in the update package CTB_ECD_EXPEDICAO_CONTINUA in our download central.


    Step 1 - We recommend performing the update with the last portal releases. To perform the procedure, check the update steps in Basic Protheus 12 update and Update of the Protheus 12 dictionary.

    Step 2 - Download the update artifacts available in the Update Packages - ECD 2022 (Layout 9.00) . This package contains:

    • Patch to update the routines involved in the ECD delivery.
    • "Contents.txt" file containing the detail of the sources involved in this package.
    • "Config.ZIP" file containing the updated layouts to create the text file. (E.g.: ecdlivro_g.xml). For more detail, check Layout folder for creating the text file
    • "Config.ZIP" file containing the base files to update the procedures responsible for updating the balances (E.g.: p12_01.sps).

    Step 3 - Copy the SDFBRA.TXT file to the Systemload folder. If the file exists in this folder, delete the existing file and copy the new file).

    Step 4 – Apply package referring to the ECD 2022 deliveries in your environment.

    Step 5 - Run the UPDDISTR in your environment: Dictionary and database updater - UPDDISTR.

    Step 6 - Update the base files responsible for the creation of the ECD text file. For more detail, check Layout folder for creating the text file.

    Step 7 - Update the procedures responsible for updating the accounting balances. For more detail, check Update of Procedures.

    Step 8 - The previous steps refer to the update of the Protheus Accounting module. To update the TAF module (used only for ECF delivery), follow the steps below: Full TAF update and CTB/TAF Integration Parameters
    Note:  In 2022, the TAF updates comprehend the layout 8 of ECF.
