Work Centers
Work Centers may be productive Cells of a production or a subdivision of a Cost Center. Work Center's purpose is to organize and classify company productive departments.
This record will be used in the operation scripts to generate cumulative load accompanied by a histogram and to check Cost Centers' productivity.
Specific Concepts
Maintenance work centers must be registered in this routine for Fixed Assets Maintenance - SIGAMNT.
For Environmental Management, the purpose of this routine is to identify, by means of cost centers, sub location of those sources that generate waste and environmental impacts in company productive processes.
If PPC environment is ready, such record will be already done.
SIGAPCP (Production Planning and Control) is integrated with SIGADPR (Product Developer) by enabling the parameter MV_INTDPR=1. When an operation of inclusion, change or deletion is made in SIGAPCP, it is replicated in SIGADPR module. |
Procedures
Adding work centers:
| 1. | On Work Centers window, select Add. |
The system displays the add screen.
| 2. | Fill out data according to field help instructions. |
| 3. | Check data and confirm them. |
