Basic Path

 

01. In the community in which the image is published, the Images tab.

The Images tab only appears if the administrator or moderator of the community enable it.

02. Press Add images.

The publication of images can also be done by drag and drop (drag and drop). 

03. Select the image to be published.

04. Confirm the inclusion of the image.

 

Alternative Paths

 

Show Image Published in Community

 

01. In the community from which the image is displayed, press the tab Images.

02. In the listing displayed, locate the image being displayed and click on it to open it.

03. Show the image.

To return to the listing of existing images, trigger back to, Gallery, located in the upper right corner of the window. 

 

Rename Image Published in Community

 

01. In the community where the image is published, the Images tab.

02. In the listing displayed, locate the picture you want to rename.

03. Press the arrow in the upper-right corner of the frame corresponding to the image that will be renamed.

04. Activate Rename.

05. Enter a new name for the image.

06. Press Save.

 

Remove Image Published in Community

 

01. In the community where the image is published, the Images tab.

02. In the listing displayed, locate the image to be deleted.

03. Press the arrow in the upper-right corner of the frame corresponding to the image that will be deleted.

04. Press Remove.

05. In the confirmation message that appears, press Yes to complete the deletion or Not to drop out of the action.

 

Upgrade physical file of the image Published in Community

 

01. In the community where the image is published, the Images tab.

02. In the listing displayed, locate the image that has the physical file updated.

03. Press the arrow in the upper-right corner of the frame corresponding to the image that will be updated.

04. Trigger Upgrade.

05. Drag and drop (drag and drop) the physical file updated image or press Browse file to locate and select it on the workstation.

06. Trigger Upgrade.

 

Share Image

 

01. In the community where the image is published, the Images tab.

02. Locate the image to be shared.

03. Trigger the sharing icon, located in the left corner of the social actions of the image that you want to share.

04. Press Share.

05. Enter the users and/or communities with which we want to share the image.

When you start to type the name of the user or of the community, suggestions that match the information typed are presented.

An alert is sent if the user or the community entered does not have access to the information to be shared.

06. Enter a message to go with the sharing, if desired.

The message that will accompany the shared content can contain up to 600 characters. 

07. Press Share; or Discard to withdraw from action, if desired.

 

Get Link of the image

 

01. In the community where the image is published, the Images tab.

02. In the listing displayed, locate the image of which you want the link.

03. Trigger the sharing icon, located in the left corner of the social actions of the image of which you want the link.

04. Press Copy link.

To activate this option, the link address for the image is copied to the Clipboard, allowing it to be shared on other sites, such as documents, tools, e-mails etc.

If the browser used does not support sending the URL to the clipboard, when pressing Copy link, a table is presented containing the selected link and it is necessary to press "Ctrl + C" to copy it effectively.

It is possible that some users cannot view the contents for which the link directs due to access permissions. 

 

Show image Shares

 

01. Fire the frame that contains the number of times the image was shared, located on the icon image sharing.

02. View information relating to shares of the image.

It is possible to search a specific sharing through the search field located in the upper right corner of the window.

It is possible to view the content on the site in which it was shared by pressing the icon located in the right corner of the line corresponding to the share that will be displayed.

 

Create image gallery in Community

 

01. In the community in which the Gallery of images will be created, trigger the Images tab.

02. Trigger Create, Gallery, located in the upper right corner of the window.

The trigger Create, Gallery, the new gallery is presented. 

03. Press the arrow in the upper-right corner of the frame corresponding to the image gallery created.

04. Activate Rename.

05. Enter a name for the image gallery.

06. Press Save.

 

Rename image gallery in Community

 

01. In the community in which the Gallery of images will be changed, press the tab Images.

02. Find the Gallery of images that will be renamed.

03. Press the arrow in the upper-right corner of the frame corresponding to the image gallery which will be renamed.

04. Activate Rename.

05. Enter the new name for the image gallery.

06. Press Save.

 

Remove image gallery in Community

 

01. In the community to which the Gallery of images belong, engage the tab Images.

02. Find the Gallery of images will be deleted.

03. Press the arrow in the upper-right corner of the frame corresponding to the picture gallery that will be deleted.

04. Press Remove.

05. In the confirmation message that appears, press Yes to complete the deletion or Not to drop out of the action.

 

Share pictures gallery

 

01. In the community to which the Gallery of images belong, engage the tab Images.

02. Find the Gallery of images to be shared.

03. Trigger the sharing icon, located in the left corner of the social actions of the Gallery of images that you want to share.

04. Press Share.

05. Enter the users and/or communities with which we want to share the pictures gallery.

When you start to type the name of the user or of the community, suggestions that match the information typed are presented.

Get Link from image gallery

 

01. In the community to which the Gallery of images belong, engage the tab Images.

02. Locate the image gallery for which you want the link.

03. Trigger the sharing icon, located in the left corner of the social actions of the Gallery of images that you want to share.

04. Press Copy link.

To activate this option, the link of targeting to the Gallery of images is copied to the Clipboard, allowing it to be shared on other sites, such as documents, tools, e-mails etc.

02. View information relating to shares of the image gallery.

It is possible to view the content on the site in which it was shared by pressing the icon located in the right corner of the line corresponding to the share that will be displayed.

 

Insert image in a gallery of images

 

01. In the community to which the Gallery of images belong, engage the tab Images.

02. Locate and access the gallery in which the image will be inserted.

03. Press Add images.

To trigger Add images, just follow the steps of the basic path to publish the image in the gallery.

 

 

Speaking of publishing image in community ...

In the existing Images in the communities it is possible to make the publication of images and photos, and manage them.

This tab only appears if the administrator or moderator enable it in the community, i.e. define the community allows the publication of images.
