Register in the SFP (Forms Control) file of data related to CAI of a certain invoice timeframe. The CAI number is the identifier of the invoice form printer (print shop). This number is used in files generated by the routine Electronic Duplicates, regarding own form.
The file is necessary to meet RG (AFIP) 1361 requirements, according to the following regimen:
- Printing optional regimen and storage of electronic duplicates;
- Electronic storage regimen required for files.
After it is registered, the CAI number can be informed in the inflow and outflow documents printing as identifier of form. The system validates if number informed is valid within the registered timeframe and if it follows the CAI expiring date.
To validate automatic numeration of pre-printed Outflow Invoice, access the Billing module and file a sales order with product quantity greater than the one informed in the forms file, then, generate invoice informing a series with control of pre-printed form. |
Procedures
To register Form Control - Argentina:
1. In Forms Control, select option Add.
The add screen is displayed.
2. Fill out data according to following information:
- Branch of Use
Defines for which branch information of filed CAI relates to.
- Series
Defines that invoice series number relates to CAI information.
- Initial Number
Initial number of a certain invoice timeframe.
- Final Number
Final number of a certain invoice timeframe.
- CAI
CAI number (print shop identifier) used in files generated through routine Electronic Duplicates, if own form is used.
- Type
Identifies type used by document in a certain series of invoice. This field is only informed when parameter MV_CONTNF is equal to l, that is, the numeration of invoices, credit notes, and debit notes are independent.
- Active
This field informs whether respective numeration interval is on.
- Expiration Date
Informs CAI expiration date.
3. Check data and confirm.
4. In Form Control, configure the fields that inform the type of form and quantity of sheets per form.
